Quality System Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Governance and Quality Systems, the Quality System Analyst is responsible for supporting site and administrative teams in collecting and analyzing data to enhance the company's ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System and the internal governance strategy of the Quality function. Among other duties, they act as a technical expert in data analytics tools and spreadsheets to maintain and develop performance indicators and contribute to the improvement of data collection processes and Quality dashboards.

What You Will Do

Data Analysis

  • Collect, validate, and analyze data for dashboards monitored by the function, as well as for periodic reports (internal governance, project tracking, etc.).
  • Understand the principles underlying artificial intelligence and possess the knowledge to advise us on possible opportunities.

Optimization

  • Contribute to the improvement of tools for compiling the performance of the Quality Function and the company's QMS, in collaboration with the Innovation team and other functions.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve digital platforms related to the Quality Management System and contribute to its integration with the Environment and HSE functions.

Planning and Coordination

  • Support the preparation of case studies and business case analyses for initiatives, and assist the Quality Analyst during qualification calls and project proposals (in analyzing and consolidating information).
  • Ensure the maintenance of prequalification files, insurance claims, and litigation related to Quality and Quality performance (Performance Dashboard).

Training and Support

  • Train users on the functionalities of tracking tools and dashboards, as well as the best practices established by the company.
  • Support users in case of tool failures or in finding alternatives due to system limitations.
  • Participate in the design of training and the drafting of technical documentation.

Monitoring and Reporting
Communicate the progress of the function's strategy performance to various stakeholders within the company.

This role could be for you if you have
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or any other field related to data analysis.
  • Hold a master's degree in one of the following disciplines: business intelligence, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, etc. (Asset).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess good knowledge of algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques.
