Community Relationship Manager

The Opportunity
The Community Relations Manager is responsible for elevating the resident experience through leadership of the concierge team, strategic community engagement, and effective problem-solving. This role is central to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the community's standards of excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage 24-hour concierge team
- Develop additional revenue generating services
- Lead, coach, and manage the concierge team to deliver outstanding service aligned with our company values and guiding principles.
- Manage amenity spaces regarding cleanliness/conditions of spaces
- Oversee payments and contract agreements for amenity spaces and group booking for extended stay
- Be on call for emergencies
- Attend monthly functions at the communities to ensure they run smoothly
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews for the concierge team to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, the concierge team, and the leadership team to address concerns, feedback, and requests.
- Create and manage community engagement programs, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among residents.
- Perform any other tasks deemed part of the Community Relations Manager's role

- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years in hospitality, property management, or customer service roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
