Employer Industry: Utility Billing Software Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $100K + Variable Compensation Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits starting from your first day of employment Employee stock ownership and RRSP/401k matching programs Work remotely anywhere in Canada and the U.S. with up to 50% travel required Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Customer Information System and related products to address client inquiries effectively Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing features and value propositions Engage with potential clients in a consultative manner to align solutions with their unique business needs Lead efforts to enhance the company’s cloud-based demo environment and automate configuration processes Attend industry conferences and collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the product roadmap What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Proven experience in technical sales or implementation services, preferably within the utility billing sector Strong foundation in utility billing operations and meter to cash processes Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience developing, evaluating, and managing the RFP process for municipal utilities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret client requirements Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, technical architecture, and integration processes Adept at building rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders Results‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
