Senior Leasing and Operations Executive

Responsibilities Market and lease retail/ F&B units to new potential tenants Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy-related issues Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants Prepare and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants Address tenant inquiries and concerns Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements Ensure timely rent payments from tenants - arrears management Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management Ensure smooth operations of the Chinatown Street Market Supervise cleaners and pest control contractor Liaise with contractor when necessary Assist and help out in events Conduct maintenance check and support on street market stalls Coordinate with management Requirements Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity. Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills Possess positive disposition and a good team player Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
