To assist Senior / Assistant / Manager / Senior Executives in operations support on Environmental Services related services and handling of staff enquiry and ensure compliance with Environmental Services policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Assist and provide operational support to Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives. Carry out preliminary activities related to operations and assist Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives to carry out the works. Tracking of operational records to ensure works performed or delivered duty by vendors. Participate in linen inventory conducted by the department. Receive complaints / instructions and relay them to Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives, concerned for actions and follow-up. Attend to enquiries from internal staff and external personnel immediately and provide appropriate advice. Report to respective parties on facilities fault / cleanliness. Responsible to perform the administrative works required and maintain proper filing system for area assigned. Assists in the administrative aspect of ISO’s activities including the validity of licenses and NEA waste e‑tracking. Responsible for the maintenance of related quality records. Issue and indent supplies and follow up for the timeliness of the delivery. Assist supervisors in issues associated with the deliveries, stock and quality of the products. Perform inventory check for department assets and update accordingly. Purchase consumable supplies and track utilisation. Collect data and monitor projects assigned which includes Service Quality feedback form, Pest Control report data entry. Job Requirements Diploma in any discipline.
