Part-time community-based opportunities available in Simcoe County. What you will be doing: Provides social work services in a community setting to individuals, couples, families, groups, communities, and organizations to develop the skills and resources they need to enhance social functioning and provide counseling, therapy, and referral to other supportive social services. Use a client-centered approach to Establish, implement, evaluate, and adjusts goal-oriented service plans to prioritize existing and potential problems, in collaboration with the client, their families or caregivers, and their Care Coordinator / Funder. Promote client safety by identifying potential risk situations and responding appropriately to minimize risk to self, client, and others.
