Work Monday - Friday, Weekends or combination of both Rate of Pay: $100 - $110 per visit Scheduling Area: Haldimand County, Norfolk County, including Caledonia, Simcoe and surrounding areas The Social Worker, under the direction of the Clinical Manager- Branch level, is responsible for completion of professional activities that include: assessment, treatment, education, referrals for service and management of clients requiring social work intervention, in accordance with professional standards. Current Registration and license to practice in Ontario, with Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers At least one year experience in a similar position considered an asset.
