Powered by passionate people, we assemble the right teams with the right skills to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.As an Account Director (Janitorial), reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee custodial services and lead our staff at our Airport location. You will be client-facing, responsible for executing the project scope, and achieving key deliverables, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and employee health and safety.Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain client retention through proactive engagement and the Tenacity Client for Life methodology.Establish a visible account-level presence to foster effective relationships with clients.Align key Dexterra contacts with similar roles within the client organization and develop a relationship matrix.Communicate performance expectations, monitor, and reward performance to meet plans, goals, and budgets.Identify and recruit talent through networks, vet candidates, and support career growth with personal development plans.Apply a strategic selling mindset using the Miller Heiman sales methodology.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management, specifically in Aviation.Federal Government Security Clearance is required.Knowledge of technical elements necessary for service delivery support.Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees in a safe, supportive environment.A clear criminal record check is mandatory.Bilingualism is an asset.Additional InformationOpportunity to be part of an essential industry.Career advancement prospects.Growing company despite industry challenges.Join an industry leader from day one.Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
