What We Offer: Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + bonus (up to 10%) Generous time off Job Type: Hybrid in office (Brampton or Ottawa) Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision What You'll Do: In this role you will partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that guide key investment decisions, evaluate performance, and ensure responsible use of funding. Reporting to the Director, the Manager provides comprehensive financial leadership for major strategic and capital projects — from business case development to forecasting and performance reporting. This role collaborates with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations, to support costing, benchmarking, and planning initiatives. The Manager also leads process improvements in budgeting, reporting, and project management to enhance business intelligence and decision‑making. Success requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of organizational operations, cost drivers, and data systems. Develop and assess business cases and cost‑benefit analyses to translate operational needs — such as equipment, staffing, and contracts — into accurate financial forecasts that inform key investment decisions. Partner with senior leadership to align financial planning with strategic goals and influence organizational direction. Provide comprehensive project and financial support, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and benchmarking against industry standards. Oversee day‑to‑day financial activities to ensure compliance with internal policies while identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Lead process improvement initiatives, establish financial and non‑financial KPIs, and enhance reporting systems to drive efficiency and informed decision‑making. What We're Looking For: Education and designation – Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline and a CPA Experience and leadership – 5+ years in progressively senior financial analyst/FP&A roles; ability to lead and mentor staff. Systems and Tools – Proficient with SAP (or equivalent ERP) including FI/CO, MM, and WM; advanced TM1/Planning Analytics user an asset; advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and report writing/BI tools. Analysis and business acumen – Strong analytical skills and understanding of business/financial structures; able to relate complex operational and financial data; demonstrated abilities supporting large IT or physical infrastructure projects. Communication – Able to summarize complex information clearly and present well supported analysis and insights, in writing and verbally up to executive members.
