Are YOU our next Senior Manager, Finance & Business Operations?
As a Senior Manager, Finance & Business Operations, you will be accountable for driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business units and locations. As a key partner to operational leadership, you will play a critical part in shaping business strategy through advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance optimization. You will lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function and champion the integration of data science, AI, and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, detect anomalies, and uncover actionable insights. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to communicate complex information to business stakeholders and drive organizational change. You will lead a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and KPI analysis, while also developing and applying sophisticated models to support strategic decisions and long-term planning.

How YOU will make a difference:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models and data-driven forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Leverage data science, machine learning, and AI tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with senior operational leaders to influence business strategies and improve financial outcomes
- Lead a team of analysts responsible for cost management, performance metrics, and scenario analysis
- Implement and enhance BI dashboards and data visualization tools to support ongoing business monitoring
- Develop risk mitigation strategies through variance and sensitivity analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations and cross-functional processes
- Translate complex models and data outputs into compelling insights for executive leadership
What YOU bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- CPA designation required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or business operations
- 5+ years of management experience
- Proven success applying data science or AI methodologies in a business or finance context
- Strong track record of partnering with operations and executive leadership to influence decisions
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) and statistical tools
- Expertise in data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Experience with data governance, model validation, and performance monitoring frameworks
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Excellent ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of business acumen and a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
