Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, you’ll be part of a team that serves as the financial heartbeat of KOHO. The Strategic Finance Manager will play a leading role in financial planning, reporting & analytics, and business partnering to shape KOHO’s future. This role suits you if you love how numbers tell the story and you’re interested in building an outstanding financial planning and management reporting function, developing financial models and scenarios, and solving complex financial challenges in a high-growth environment.What You’ll DoYou will lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, ensuring the executive team is well informed on financial performance and cash positionYou will oversee KOHO’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working with teams across the company to shape the roadmap to meet financial goalsYou will own, develop and enhance KOHO’s financial models in various platforms (Excel, Google, FP&A system)You will partner with Data and business teams to build new reports, provide insights and analysis, and identify growth and value opportunities for KOHOYou will support special projects, including investment analysis, business partnership evaluations, key contracts, and long-term financial planningYou will challenge the status quo and drive system & process improvementsWho You Are5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with emphasis on financial modeling, financial planning, and management reporting & analysisProfessional designation preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA)A gritty, self-starter who owns their work, commits to greatness, and proactively seeks to make things better. Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic businessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholdersPerpetual student with grit and an inquiring mind.
