Customer Advisor - ROI B&Q Fraser Valley B, British Columbia, Canada Join us at B&Q as a Customer Advisor. You will provide expert advice to customers, assist with their home improvement projects, and support sales. The role involves managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You may also receive training in paint-mixing and cutting timber. Full-time – 36.75 hours per week 3‑month fixed‑term contract Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm Notional hourly rate €15.00 per hour Responsibilities Assist customers in choosing products for their home improvement projects. Drive sales and meet performance targets. Manage stock levels and replenish merchandise. Set up and maintain attractive product displays. Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑focused. Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Passion for home improvement products.
