- Building strong working relationship with internal and external partners (i.e. Life carrier companies and independent brokers)-
- Receive and respond to inquiries requesting status, support or general information-
- Cross-Training - learning other department functions to support as a backup when needed-
- Receptionist-
- Perform other related duties, as necessary or as assigned.**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)-
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and communicate effectively-
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task with competing priorities-
- Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment-
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and managing general agent (MGA) distribution channel is an asset-
- Knowledge of the Chinese language at a professional level is an asset- **Beyond the salary**:
