OverviewOutdoor Greens / Floral Planter Design Associates – South Surrey (West Coast Gardens). Location: South Surrey – West Coast Gardens. Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm | 30–40 hours per week. Pay: $20–22/hr depending on experience. At West Coast Gardens, we’re hiring for our Christmas season and have several positions open for Outdoor Greens / Floral Planters — including Design Associates and General Support. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative team that designs and builds outdoor planters filled with evergreens, branches, and festive accents. Every day brings something new: gathering materials, arranging textures and colours, keeping displays fresh, and helping customers find planters they love.What You’ll DoCreate outdoor planters using templates, greens, and decorative accessoriesGather product and follow design themes for various container stylesRestock planters and maintain full, attractive displays in-storeKeep the work and retail areas clean, organized, and well-stockedCare for greens and plants to keep them healthy and appealingAssist customers with advice for outdoor planters suited to different spaces (sun, shade, wind, etc.)Who You AreCreative and enjoy hands-on, design-focused workReliable, energetic, and take pride in doing quality work quicklyComfortable working on your feet in a cooler environmentA team player who enjoys working alongside others during busy seasonsAble to lift 40 lbs and carry 10–15 lbs(Experience in floral or garden design is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right creative person.)CompensationBased on experienceMay evolve into a full-time, 40-hour positionEmployment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
