How You’ll Make a Difference Lead and execute assurance and tax engagements Oversee Compilation and Review engagements and finalize corporate and personal tax files ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidence for our clients at key stages in their business lifecycle. Build strong relationships, offer proactive advice, and help clients navigate growth, challenges, and opportunities making a meaningful impact in the communities where you live and work. Coach and support intermediate and junior team members, strengthening our growing practice and fostering the next generation of accounting professionals. Bring ideas, leadership, and initiative helping shape our office as it expands, while benefiting from direct partner access and collaboration across the firm. Who You Are CPA with ~2+ years of Manager‑level experience in a public practice environment Strong technical background in ASPE, Compilation and Review engagements, and related tax work Extensive experience preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns (trusts and asset) Proficient with CaseWare and Taxprep; experience with cloud accounting tools (QBO, Sage, etc.) is an asset A collaborative leader who values mentorship, teamwork, and cultivating strong client relationships Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice and contributing to a close‑knit, high‑performing team Bonus: experience in the entertainment or music industry, though not required What DMCL Offers Standard 35‑hour work week — true balance, not just in theory Hybrid environment: WFH Mondays & Fridays; office Tues–Thurs Every hour compensated — paid overtime or earned‑time bank Competitive compensation & benefits, including annual wellness allowance Ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities Access to senior leaders and the resources of a full‑service mid‑sized firm Your next step Submit your resume through our website by clicking the Apply button.
