About This Opportunity Are you passionate about creativity, social media, and community engagement? Join U+ Toastmasters as a Volunteer and make a positive impact on the community while promoting our inspiring public speaking and leadership programs This is a volunteer position, ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to get involved in meaningful work while sharpening their marketing skills. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos of programs, events, and organizational activities for promotional and documentation purposes. Edit and produce visual content including photographs, videos, and multimedia materials suitable for digital and print platforms. Collaborate with staff, program teams, and marketing personnel to understand project goals and deliver creative visual solutions. Manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, storage, and readiness for assignments. Ensure consistency with branding and messaging in all visual content produced. Organize and maintain digital media libraries, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation of files. Assist in creating multimedia content for campaigns, presentations, and online platforms. Stay updated on photography and videography trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality and engagement. Who We’re Looking For Age between 12-30. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Commitment to completing basic training. Fluency in English. Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if you’re over 18). Bonus Skills Previous experience in photography or videography. Fluency or high proficiency in another language besides English.
