To continue our growth, Flyscan is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Join a dynamic team in a key role for our daily operations Website: https://flyscan.com/fr/ Tasks and Responsibilities Analyze software issues encountered by our users to identify root causes. Propose solutions for user errors and correct system configuration issues. Ensure all problems are well‑documented and reproducible. Serve as a bridge between production systems and development teams. Identify potential product improvements based on issues encountered in production. Create a knowledge base to support our products. Collaborate with the development team to fully understand new product features. Support the deployment of new systems into production. Act as a technical expert for system operators (airplane pilots). What We Are Looking For Proactive with strong initiative. Enjoys action and is our first responder for production system failures. Capable of working independently and in a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical Requirements University or college degree in computer science, software development, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in technical support or software development. Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, System D, Windows VM, and Linux. Knowledge of software development is a strong asset. What We Offer Hybrid or remote position depending on localisation. The schedule is based on a four‑day workweek, but the person will be responsible for covering weekends.
