Join to apply for the Agile Product Coach - Remote role at NTT DATA North America. We are currently seeking an Agile Product Coach - Remote to join our team in Remote, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada. Once You Are Here, You Will: Build business cases with our clients to prioritize features by understanding the client business, the market, and users. Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to iterate on the MVP scope, translate roadmap into prioritized backlog, and work with senior product managers and business to do so. Participate in planning and sprint sessions, facilitate detailed product road mapping, release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Manage product backlog with well‑refined user stories that are easy for engineers to estimate. Identify the audience, user groups, needs and feature requirements. Develop feature and user story requirements with acceptance criteria while acting as final release gatekeeper for new functionality. Align user needs and business value while streamlining and championing delivery channels for product delivery, including technical and go‑to‑market delivery. Coordinate dependencies between different teams and organizations. Provide relevant product metrics to gauge team progress with a continual focus on improvement. Prepare and deliver verbally and orally effective communications of progress and status for both internal and client teams. Perform hands‑on work, including analysis, design, testing, change management as needed by the team. Contribute content to the Product Management practice on a quarterly basis. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise or consumer software. 8+ years of experience working in a Product Owner capacity. 5+ years of experience decomposing features into user stories for software products. 5+ years creating and maintaining a product metrics artifact. 5+ years establishing goals and objectives for your product or capability. 5+ years of experience using one or more of the following Agile Lifecycle Management tools (Jira, ADO, etc.) to create features, stories, and roadmaps. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification. Experience in software development–based enterprise environment and software delivery. Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Ideal Mindset: Accountable Partner.
