Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Mobile UX/UI Designer with a passion for mobile app design and a relentless eye for detail. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has experience leading UX and UI design decisions, is a detail-oriented problem solver, has a passion for user-centered design, and has a clear understanding of the clients' business goals.PurposeThe role of the Senior Mobile UX/UI Designer requires a strong balance of visual design work alongside critical thinking skills. We are looking for someone who can clearly define a user problem, collaborate to establish goals for success, develop UX and UI strategy, and iterate on solutions. It is critical this person will carry out research and use data to inform and support their design decisions. The Senior UX/UI Designer will collaborate with members of the product management, development, and QA teams to ensure they take all areas of expertise into consideration.RequirementsWhat You'll Do:Advocate for mobile user-centered designDefine and articulate design decisions to stakeholders verbally, illustratively, and interactivelyCollaborate and communicate effectively with product managers, business analysts, development and QA on how to best intersect business and user goalsPlay an integral role in projects of any scale, taking them on independently with the ability to organize and prioritize their own timeAlways looking for ways to improve the design process, constantly learning and evolvingSupport other UX/UI team members, provide design critique, mentorship in a constructive manner, able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.Demonstrate inclusive, supportive, and thoughtful interpersonal communication skillsWork with flexibility with geographically distributed teamsStaying on top of current trends and ability to apply it in a user-centered mannerRequired Skills:5+ years experience demonstrating native mobile UX and UI design proficienciesPortfolio that demonstrates experience producing user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and successful delivery of innovative mobile interface designs for iOS and AndroidDegree in UX design, Interaction Design, and/or Graphic designPrevious experience using Agile methodology in a design teamExperiencing designing mobile products that comply with WCAGMust be able to work independently or a team settingStrong communication and presentation skills, whether it be internal or external stakeholdersAbility to manage time effectively and efficientlyExpertise in using and adapting to design and prototyping tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Zeplin #J-18808-Ljbffr
