Job SummaryThe Elite Job is seeking a passionate and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centric digital experiences that blend intuitive functionality with visual appeal. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to design web and mobile interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also deliver an outstanding user journey. If you are a detail-oriented creative professional with a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, we would love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve design solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers.Translate business and technical requirements into effective design solutions.Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital products.Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.Perform usability testing and make iterative changes based on insights.Keep up to date with the latest trends and tools in UX/UI design.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.Clear communication and interpersonal skills to articulate design rationale effectively.Experience2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.Proven experience working in agile development teams and environments.Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).Working HoursFlexible schedule with a standard expectation of 40 hours per week.Core collaboration hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility available based on team needs).Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user psychology.Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple, user-friendly designs.Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team structure.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Flexible work-from-home policy.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off, holidays, and personal days.Access to professional development courses and training.Collaborative and inclusive team culture.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Why Join The Elite Job?At The Elite Job, we are redefining the future of work and digital design.
