About VoPay:

VoPay is a leading financial technology company transforming the way businesses initiate and receive payments. Our innovative platform provides secure, real-time, and data-rich payment solutions powered by open banking. We help businesses of all sizes digitize and streamline financial operations with a focus on compliance, automation, and efficiency.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer who excels at crafting intuitive, high-quality user experiences across digital platforms - especially mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy, and is passionate about elevating product experiences through thoughtful design and interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX research and discovery: Conduct and synthesize user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights that drive product direction.
  • Apply fintech expertise: Analyze industry trends and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and data security within user flows.
  • Drive end-to-end design: Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex payment and financial workflows.
  • Champion mobile-first design: Create user experiences optimized for iOS and Android platforms, following native design guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product Management and Engineering from concept to delivery, ensuring design feasibility and implementation quality.
  • Establish and maintain design systems: Build scalable design libraries and patterns tailored to fintech applications.
  • Mentor and review: Provide feedback and guidance during design reviews to maintain high design and usability standards.
  • Validate through metrics: Use data and user feedback to measure success and inform design iterations.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up to date with evolving UX/UI tools, mobile best practices, and design technologies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong research component, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B environment and execution for digital and mobile products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI work - from discovery and wireframes to polished visual designs - that demonstrates a thoughtful design process grounded in research and a deep understanding of user problems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android), including familiarity with native platform guidelines and responsive design principles.
  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Familiarity with vibe coding, with an understanding of how design translates into functional interfaces.
  • Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and data-informed design decision-making.
  • Strong ability to solve complex problems creatively and effectively, balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, conducting A/B testing, and iterating rapidly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless, high-quality user experiences.
  • Excellent documentation skills: able to produce clear, concise research reports and design specifications.

To Apply:

Send us your resume, a brief note on why you're interested, a link to your design portfolio or relevant project examples, showcasing your experience in mobile UX/UI and any vibe coding or prototype implementation work showcases how you approach problems - not just the final designs.
