We’re looking for a Manager, People Change & Capability to lead the design and delivery of integrated, people‑centered change and skills development experiences. This role plays a key part in shaping how our organization evolves – ensuring we build future‑ready skills to support business transformation that is not only implemented, but deeply understood, embraced, and sustained. You’ll collaborate across AGLC teams – including senior leadership, HR Business Partnerships, Leadership & Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Internal Communications, and HR Data Analytics – to elevate change leadership, organizational design, future‑ready capabilities, and the employee voice. What You'll Do Lead Change Enablement: Ensure change practices prioritize clarity, psychological safety, and employee voice to ensure transformation is aligned with AGLC’s culture. Build Capability: Design and deliver learning experiences that build organizational capability, and empower employees to thrive through change and opportunity. Support Organizational Design: Contribute to future‑state design, succession planning, and internal mobility aligned with strategic priorities. Drive Engagement: Partner with communications and leaders to deliver transparent, empathetic messaging and experiences that connect people to purpose. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (equivalencies considered). 4+ years of experience leading people‑centered change and capability initiatives. Expertise in change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Bridges), facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning. Strong communication, storytelling, and emotional intelligence. Certification in Prosci or other change methodologies, as well as adult learning is preferred; coaching certification (e.g., ICF) is an asset. Key Skills Empathy & Emotional Intelligence – Advocates for the human side of change. Strategic Facilitation – Guides teams through ambiguity and transformation. Systems Thinking – Aligns design, capability, and culture into cohesive strategies. Digital Curiosity – Explores emerging technologies to drive change and capability. Learning Strategy – Designs scalable, inclusive learning programs for adult learners.
