The Regional Vice President (RVP), British Columbia leads and oversees the District Offices and sales teams throughout the province, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

  • You are a proven structuring expert on complex share transaction financing and must have a strong understanding of the suite of specialized high-yield term and sub-debt, and mezzanine products marketed by Roynat Capital.
  • You have a strong network and track record in Financial Services in British Columbia.
  • You possess expert sales management skills in order to effectively mentor and coach a team of professionals, as well as strong relationship management skills.

  • You get to act as the prime resource for regional investment staff in the structuring of complex leveraged finance transactions including management buyouts (MBOs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), recapitalizations and growth capital injections.
  • The opportunity to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and discretion with respect to the frequency and duration of the sales management activities and within the context of approved budgets, authorities and Bank/ Roynat policies (e.g. in approving/recommending credit applications, capital expenditures, etc.).
Working Conditions:

The incumbent works in a standard office environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. The incumbent is required to travel frequently to conduct marketing activities, customer calls and meetings with the District Office staff approximately 20-40% of the time.
