The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Operational Excellence to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and operations functions, including the development and implementation of key initiatives, and ensuring program adoption at all levels of the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales and operations, who can provide the necessary tools, resources, and programs to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the business. The VP will also be involved in people management, fostering a culture of continuous process improvement, and working with senior leadership to define performance measurements and management programs.

Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in business sales and/or operations, along with 10 years of people management experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in the retail healthcare industry and experience in leading national retail for double-digit annual growth. Key skills and abilities include performance analysis, senior-level storytelling, demonstrated leadership, innovation in client experience delivery, and a strong customer service orientation. Familiarity with various business software, including ERP and CRM, is also necessary.
