OverviewBrand: Spirit Halloween. The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Note: Some sections below describe the employment relationship with Spirit Halloween as a brand; the actual employer may be the independent owner and operator of the Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Employment RelationshipThe store selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you regarding your employment by the consignment operator. The application you complete will be routed to the consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
