Join us at our Optiks International – Lloydminster location as a Store Manager and help each customer find their perfect frame. The Store Manager plays a critical role within Solis Optics and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service. You’ll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring passion for people and a drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Evenings and weekends are required. What You’ll Be Doing Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff Building trust and commitment with your workgroup Training, development and coaching of staff to Solis Optics processes, programs, and products Delivering legendary customer service Setting and achieving store revenue goals Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff Scheduling staff and doctors Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Benefits submissions and tracking Banking deposits and reconciliations Inventory management All leadership aspects of daily store operations What Do You Bring Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment Minimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership role Experience in an optical environment is an asset Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving A reputation for delivering results through successful people management General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) How You’ll Benefit A comprehensive total rewards package Competitive wage and benefits Rapid and continued growth, ensuring a constantly challenging and rewarding environment A workplace culture that fosters a sense of collaboration Ongoing training and development opportunities Accommodation and EEO FYihealth group is an equal opportunity employer.
