The Role The Store Manager plays a critical role within solis optics and is essential to delivering world-class service. You will often be the first point of contact with the public and should bring a passion for people and a drive to provide an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week; evenings and weekends are required. You will join our Optiks International - Lloydminster location as a Store Manager and help customers find their perfect frame. What You'll Do Foster collaboration and teamwork among practice staff Build trust and commitment with your workgroup Train, develop and coach staff on solis optics processes, programs and products Deliver legendary customer service Set and achieve store revenue goals Hire, onboard and train new staff Schedule staff and doctors Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Handle benefits submissions and tracking Process banking deposits and reconciliations Inventory management Lead daily store operations What Do You Bring?
