easyfinancial is seeking an Interim Branch Manager to lead our Branch 2206 (Emerald Tier) in Grande Prairie, AB for a 30-day assignment, with potential for extension.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing overdue accounts, and fostering portfolio growth by directly engaging with customers. You will also lead and mentor your team through effective coaching and training to meet and exceed branch goals.

DISCLAIMER: Eligible internal applicants will have:

  • 12-18 months of experience as an EFS Branch Manager or EH Store Manager within a Platinum and/or Diamond branch.

    What you will do:

    • Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
    • Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
    • Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments.
    • Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
