Retail Store Manager

Ngofi Tropical Food Market Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure efficient store operations.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
