Your Opportunity

The Senior Associate, Consulting will serve as an integral member of the Consulting Team, reporting to the Team’s senior leaders and Partner. The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to a diverse group of clients, working collaboratively under the guidance and supervision of the Consulting Team’s leaders.

Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the practicality and potential success of proposed projects.Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to support client decision-making processes.Business Process/Risk Reviews: Evaluate and optimize business processes and recommend mitigation strategies.Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and data analysis.Project Management: Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.Team Management: Ensure junior staff are properly supervised.

Your Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business - Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution. li>
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in accounting, consulting, finance, or business analysis.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to develop and execute non-conventional solutions.
  • Three weeks’ vacation and Winter Office Closure.
