Position Overview: The Senior Associate - Mechanical Engineer Designer will play a pivotal role in leading our mechanical engineering projects, managing staff, and driving business development initiatives. li>Lead and oversee the design and development of mechanical systems for a variety of projects, including healthcare, institutional, and public sector buildings.Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive project delivery.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, with a focus on building systems.Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing teams and projects successfully.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.How to Apply: If you are a driven and experienced Mechanical Engineer Designer looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
