Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence within the PACS solutions domain.

Program Portfolio Oversight:

  1. Participate in creation and refinement of Statement of Work (SOW) with new projects and add-ons going into the pod.
  2. Act as the Agile lead for the pod.
  3. Allocate resources for customers across install base, new projects, and support activities.
  4. Identify and participate in process enhancement within department goals.
  5. Attend Kick off meetings, Customer Ops meetings for your portfolio, and project leadership meetings as required.
  6. Monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle work with project managers and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to address any emerging challenges.
  7. Report on team velocity, team capacity and changes, project timelines and risk mitigation.
  8. Ensure team members adopt tools used in the Agile process.

Line Management:

  1. Set clear performance expectations, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor for each team member.
  2. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and identify areas for improvement and development, and check in on individual well-being.
  3. Take part in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members within the portfolio.
  4. Provide updates on team performance, accomplishments, challenges, and resource needs.
  5. Manage time off and time reporting.
  6. Own the performance management lifecycle for each team member.
  7. Monitor training for each team member.

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or related industry experience.
  2. Fluency in English (Fluency in French is an asset).
  3. At least 5 years of work experience as a program or portfolio manager.
  4. At least 3 years of work experience as a People leader.
  5. Successful management of large, multi-facility, enterprise projects.
  6. Working knowledge of Infrastructure/IT.
  7. Also nice to have: Have a PMP certification.
  8. Know Scrum for Deployment.
  9. Have a working knowledge of PACS/Radiology/DICOM and HL-7.
  10. Are innovative, drive change and look for improvements.

Our salary range for this role falls between $115,200 and $141,200. The final salary offer will depend on several key factors, including the candidate's level of experience, their specific skill set, and the overall alignment with the job requirements. Other considerations may include the candidate’s education, certifications, and any additional relevant qualifications. We aim to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value each individual brings to our team.
