What You'll Do: Provide timely, professional, and friendly resolutions to customer problems. Assist customers in understanding the features and services available through the PaintScout platform. Engage with customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and video, meeting them on their preferred platform. Offer long-term solutions and support by escalating bugs and product issues. Advocate for our customers, sharing their feedback internally to drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain a high level of expertise related to PaintScout, using this knowledge daily to resolve customer issues effectively.
Who We're Looking For: You have experience in a customer-facing role and are skilled at delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are a self-motivated go-getter with excellent technical problem-solving skills. You handle customer inquiries with resourcefulness, compassion, and empathy, and your communication skills—both written and verbal—are top-notch. You connect well with people from diverse backgrounds and are a team player. You excel in an organized and dynamic work environment, skillfully prioritizing tasks. Any experience in the painting industry is a valuable asset.
