In this role, you will contribute to developing and executing campaigns to support product launches and effectively communicate the value of Explorance solutions to our target audiences through compelling messaging, content writing, and go-to-market (GTM) enablement.

What you will do as our new Product Marketing Specialist

  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer and user pain points as well as Explorance's solutions
  • Conduct and consolidate buyer and competitor research to gather insights, maintain updated industry knowledge, and share findings regularly with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Build market-facing assets that communicate the value and benefits of Explorance solutions to our target audience
  • Align with the GTM teams' needs by gathering feedback on assets and campaign initiatives
  • Develop creative campaigns, messaging, and assets around features, functionality, and new innovations
  • Own the planning and execution of the GTM strategy for product launches through cross-functional collaboration with the Product, Sales, and Marketing

What you will bring to the role

  • Exceptional writing skills in English, French a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing and/or product marketing writing methodologies and strategies
  • Knowledge of how to optimize written content for both consistencies of message and SEO
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and flexible enough to respond to changing needs
  • Obsessive attention to details and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work collaborate cross-functionally and carry out tasks independently
  • Degree in English, marketing, communication or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience – content marketing or product marketing preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills

Nice to Have

  • Technical writing experience
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS company
  • Professional-level writing in French

Ce que vous ferez en tant que nouveau spécialiste en marketing produit

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des points faibles des acheteurs et des utilisateurs ainsi que des solutions d'Explorance
  • Mener et consolider des recherches sur les acheteurs et les concurrents pour recueillir des informations, maintenir à jour les connaissances du secteur et partager régulièrement les résultats avec les équipes Produit, Ventes et Marketing.
  • Créer des actifs destinés au marché qui communiquent la valeur et les avantages des solutions Explorance à notre public cible
  • S'aligner sur les besoins des équipes GTM en recueillant des commentaires sur les actifs et les initiatives de campagne
  • Développer des campagnes créatives, des messages et des actifs autour des fonctionnalités, des fonctionnalités et des nouvelles innovations
  • S'approprier la planification et l'exécution de la stratégie GTM pour les lancements de produits grâce à une collaboration interfonctionnelle avec les produits, les ventes et le marketing

Ce que vous apporterez au poste

  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais, le français est un plus
  • Connaissance des méthodologies et stratégies de rédaction en marketing et/ou en marketing produit
  • Connaissance de la façon d'optimiser le contenu écrit pour la cohérence du message et le référencement
  • Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement axé sur l'équipe et suffisamment flexible pour répondre aux besoins changeants
  • Attention obsessionnelle aux détails et excellentes compétences en communication
  • Capable de travailler en collaboration de manière interfonctionnelle et d'effectuer des tâches de manière indépendante
  • Diplôme en anglais, marketing, communication ou équivalent
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en marketing - marketing de contenu ou marketing produit de préférence
  • Solides compétences en organisation, planification et gestion de projet
  • Solides compétences en édition et en relecture

Atouts

  • Expérience en rédaction technique
  • Expérience avec HubSpot et Salesforce
  • Expérience en conception graphique
  • Expérience dans une entreprise SaaS B2B
  • Rédaction de niveau professionnel en français
