Predictive Analytics and Generative AI Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Predictive Analytics and Generative AI Manager to lead our advanced analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies in predictive analytics and generative AI to drive insights, innovation, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of predictive models, algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
Detailed Description- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for predictive analytics and generative AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to apply predictive analytics and AI techniques to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management for predictive analytics and AI projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Model Development and Implementation:
- Design and develop advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Implement generative AI algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, or anomaly detection.
Data Management and Integration:
- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy data pipelines and infrastructure necessary for analytics and AI solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of predictive models and AI systems, and iterate on improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and validation to validate model effectiveness and business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate findings, and provide actionable insights.
- Present complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
