Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Predictive Analytics and AI Manager to lead our advanced analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for predictive analytics and generative AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategy for predictive analytics and generative AI initiatives, identifying opportunities to apply predictive analytics and AI techniques to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for predictive analytics and AI projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
  • Model Development and Implementation: Design and develop advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques, implementing generative AI algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing and image recognition.
  • Data Management and Integration: Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and integration from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of predictive models and AI systems, iterating on improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
