Job Description The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing and building a new Power BI workforce insights dashboard consolidating HCM data metrics. The role involves project planning, stakeholder engagement, prototype design, testing, and release. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and data reporting requirements, while maintaining strong data governance and security practices. Responsibilities Design and build a new Power BI workforce insights dashboard consolidating HCM data metrics. Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities including design, testing, and release. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and reporting needs. Capture and maintain business and technical documentation ensuring transparency and traceability. Develop and deliver end‑user training materials and sessions for the new dashboard. Identify, escape, and resolve project issues and risks to ensure smooth progression. Manage project tasks, timelines, and action items while maintaining accountability. Communicate findings, insights, and project updates clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations for stakeholder engagement. Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, security, and privacy standards. Requirements / Must Have Post‑secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in Power BI with advanced visualization and storytelling skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing complex measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence using DAX. Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing large, complex datasets for trend analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting using Power BI and Azure analytics tools. Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and implementing business intelligence requirements. Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models. Minimum of 5 years of experience understanding and developing requirements for analytical projects. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and understanding client interaction data. Should Have / Nice to Have Minimum of 4 years of experience with dimensional modeling techniques. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Power BI, PowerView, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services. Minimum of 4 years of experience with relational database modeling techniques. Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a data warehouse or business intelligence environment in a development or support role. Additional Information The resource will be required to complete all mandatory training, including Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Security Awareness Training.
