Overview An established mid‑sized architectural and design firm is seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team. The role involves leading and managing projects across multi‑family residential, mixed‑use, commercial, and institutional sectors while ensuring technical excellence and contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor medium to large‑scale projects through the CA process. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to contracts, timelines, and budgets. Provide technical guidance, anticipate challenges, and recommend substitutions that meet specifications. Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation (RFIs, site instructions, change orders, progress claims, project close‑out records). Develop project summary sheets showcasing past experience, preferably in condominium, mixed‑use, commercial, or institutional projects. Qualifications & Experience 5–7+ years in the North American architectural industry, with experience as a Construction Contract Administrator on moderately complex projects. Educational or professional background as an Architectural Technologist, Bachelor of Architecture, or PMP credential. CCCA designation (CSC) preferred or in‑progress. Strong understanding of building codes, building science, and construction best practices. Proficient in Revit; experience with contract administration software (e.g., Rform) is an asset.
