Job Description Senior Architectural Contract Administrator Architecture, Design & Planning Firm Calgary, Alberta Hybrid Work Model THE COMPANY A well-established, multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Contract Administrator to join its Calgary team. THE ROLE As a Senior Architectural Contract Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact during construction for multiple large-scale and complex building projects. You will oversee the administration of construction contracts, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, and support both internal project teams and external stakeholders through all phases of construction. You will provide technical guidance, lead site reviews, manage documentation, and act as a key liaison between consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is delivered to a high standard of quality, compliance, schedule, and performance.
