Tasks:
  1. Advise in the interpretation and delivery of the performance
  2. Arrange film segments into sequences to achieve continuity and desired effects
  3. Assemble the creative team
  4. Coordinate production in various fields including film, television, video game, radio, dance and theatre
  5. Determine scheduling of production
  6. Determine treatment and scope of production
  7. Ensure details follow the project's original intention
  8. Oversee the process of hiring actors and crew members for the production
  9. Supervise staff or team
  10. Plan, organize and direct the artistic aspects of production
  11. Oversee the design of sets, costumes, furnishings and props
  12. Co-ordinate and direct the photography of production
  13. Determine lighting, lenses, camera angles and backgrounds
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  15. Supervise technical and support staff
  16. Develop policies, standards and guidelines
  17. Program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges and Internet-based applications
