Champion Our Events: Represent Pear Tree School at events, engaging attendees and promoting our educational philosophy. Support Recruitment: Collaborate with admissions to enhance student recruitment strategies and participation in school events. Create Impactful Content: Develop and contribute to blogs, videos, testimonials, and newsletters that showcase the Pear Tree difference. Foster Community Ties: Develop partnerships with local entities to broaden our community engagement and educational impact. Enhance Parent and Student Involvement: Organize events and initiatives that strengthen our school community’s cohesion.

Who We Are Looking For:

A professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or related field. Experience in marketing, brand management, or public relations. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building relationships. Social media savvy with a flair for creating compelling content. An analytical thinker with proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools. A passionate advocate for progressive education and lifelong learning. Creatively minded with excellent organizational abilities.
