Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic, professional individual with a strong customer service orientation and a genuine interest in beauty products, particularly in skincare and dermo-cosmetics.
As a representative of our brand, you will facilitate engaging workshops to introduce customers to our products in various retail environments.
Coverage Area: Greater Vancouver Region
Work Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour
You should be comfortable initiating conversations with customers, providing samples, and offering tailored advice to meet their needs.
Your efforts will contribute to sales growth and achievement of targets.
Our goal is to deliver energetic and professional support in-store, collaborating with a team of dedicated demonstrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain punctuality, a friendly demeanor, and a professional appearance at all times.
Track the distribution of samples and report on sales outcomes following each demonstration.
Set up the demonstration area, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and tidy up at the end of your shift.
Promote various brands effectively and foster customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and sales/demonstration is preferred.
Familiarity with cosmetics and beauty products is advantageous.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
A mobile phone is required for capturing images of the demonstrations.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Must be able to stand and actively engage with consumers for a minimum of 5 hours.
Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
Availability to work from Thursday to Saturday is essential.
