OverviewMaple Ridge Community Management, An Associa Company, serves the condominium industry since 1984. We are ACMO 2000 certified and were named ACMO 2009 Corporate Member of the Year. We are currently seeking a portfolio manager for the West GTA.Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties. Prioritize and execute the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner. Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner. Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings (some evening meetings required), and follow up with accurate minutes. Administer financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, expense analysis, and coding invoices.Qualifications Condominium Act Experience in Condominiums – 3 years Reciprocal and Shared Agreements – 2 years Financial and Budgetary Management Insurance Resident and Board of Directors relations Property inspection and Board meeting expectations Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations Must have Condominium Management General or Limited LicenseBenefits Competitive salary & comprehensive benefits package, including extended medical and dental benefits Paid vacation, office holidays, personal and sick leaveWe thank all applicants in advance; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
