Job Description Our client is looking for a Training Specialist to support a 13-month contract, based in Montreal with remote work and occasional onsite meetings. Contributes to defining training strategy, curriculum, and content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Ensures training materials are high‑quality, up-to-date, and tailored to each business function’s needs. Facilitates or supports virtual and in‑person training sessions and maintains content consistency in the LMS. Reviews and validates French translations to ensure technical accuracy and alignment. Brings 5+ years of experience in training design and content management, proficient in e‑learning tools, and fully bilingual (English/French).
