Role Description The Account Executive role is a full‑time, hybrid position located in Regina, SK, allowing some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales and revenue growth. This role includes developing strategic plans, conducting market research, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also represent Horizon’s solutions and services, providing expert advice to customers to meet their IT‑related business needs. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, and building client relationships within the IT solutions or technology domain Knowledge of Managed IT Solutions, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, and IT Procurement Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop tailored business solutions Familiarity with market research and developing strategic sales plans Proficient in using CRM platforms and other sales tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the Western Canadian IT industry will be considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
