AS OUR CONTROL SYSTEM SPECIALIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO: Troubleshooting, upgrading, migration and or installation of SCADA, PLC and HMI Hardware for projects related to general maintenance or new construction facilities, including logic design and network configuration.Application of PLC Logic and related automation networks.Provide ongoing maintenance support for clients and hands on development for construction based projects.Prepare devices and I/O lists as well as construction support and commissioning assistance.Journeyman Instrument Mechanic/Electrician with extensive Automation experience.5-10 years of experience with Delta V and/or Allen Bradley Controls Systems. Previous experience with VTScada, Rockwell Automation, Emerson Automation, Industrial Networks, and SCADA would be a strong asset.Post Secondary Diploma in either Instrument Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Automated System Engineering Technology or a Degree in Electrical Engineering (EIT OR P.Eng) is an asset.Valid Driver’s license.Strong interpersonal skills, building positive and strong relationships with staff and clients.Ability to mentor junior colleagues.Familiarity with IT SCADA architectural standards.Highly proficient in Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows Server 8.On the job training to set you up for success.Take care of everything (one stop shop)
