Our products can be found your home, where you work, in your car, and almost everywhere you goBusiness Development Sales RepresentativeCambridge, OntarioJob Type: Full-time, Permanent, In personPosition Summary:Kromet International Inc. manufactures finished metal components and assemblies for the Appliance, Furniture, Automotive, Urban Transit and LED Lighting marketplaces.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients,and driving growth through strategic initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and have experience in project management, negotiation, and customer relationship management.The Business Development (Sales) Representative works as a key member of the Sales & Engineering Team.The primary purpose of the role is the achievement of sales and revenue growth of all products and services.This role is home based with required weekly travel to our Cambridge, ON head office and frequent travel within the GTA and at times throughout Canada and the US.The position requires a self-starter with the desire to learn, grow and succeed.Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per yearResponsibility Summary:Promote a safe, inclusive and collaborative environment by practicing respect and fairnessProspect for and develop a portfolio of high potential and high value customersGenerate profitable revenue growth for the organization through existing and new customersEngage clients to identify opportunities, determine needs, develop solutions and win businessWin sales opportunities by engaging mid-size businesses, professional organizations, tradeshows and associationsFoster exceptional consultative relationships with key executives and decision makersDevelop, build, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM software to document customer interactions and prioritize key actionsCreate sales plan and present solutions to execute planMonitor sales, revenue and service performance against planIdentify gaps between sales plan and performance to close businessOwn the sales process at each stage from quoting, to fulfillment, to follow upDevelop strong knowledge of associated industries and trendsPerform assigned duties and projects as requiredSpecific duties available for reviewKey Qualifications:Minimum 2 years inside/outside sales experience requiredStrong command of the English language, verbal and written requiredStrong command of Windows based email, document, spreadsheet and presentation softwareAbility to present and speak in front of groups is requiredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings is requiredG driver’s license requiredAbility to travel to US and valid passport requiredPost Secondary Education or experience in a technical field is an assetOutside selling experience is an assetKnowledge of aluminum extrusion and its production is an assetKnowledge of general manufacturing principles and terminology is an assetAbility to speak and write in French is an assetAbility to speak and write in Cantonese is an assetEducation:Bachelor's Degree (preferred)Experience:Business development: 2 years (preferred)866 Langs Drive, Cambridge, ONCanada, N3H 5R8P 1.519.623.2511MAP20 Milburn Road, Hamilton, ONCanada, L8E 3L9P 1.905.561.7773MAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
