Jobber exists to help small home service businesses—plumbers, painters, landscapers—successfully manage quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and payments through technology. It is a remote‑first role that can be held across Canada. Team & Mission The Sales Engineering team builds scalable internal products that reduce manual work, surface actionable insights, and enable our Go‑to‑Market (GTM) teams to spend more time with the right people at the right time. The team partners with Sales and Revenue Operations to deliver high‑impact solutions that unlock leverage across the entire funnel. Role Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Product Manager II will own key product areas within Jobber’s internal GTM platform. You will shape and scale an internal product that empowers our Sales and GTM teams through automation, AI, and data‑driven insights. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end product development for AI‑powered sales automation, including lead enrichment and qualification, meeting workflows, and future offerings such as adaptive prospecting systems and AI closing deals. Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution, aligning cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, data, and sales. Define and execute the roadmap for improving sales performance, balancing short‑term wins with long‑term innovation. Monitor and report on performance of initiatives to senior leadership. Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize key strategies and initiatives for improving sales effectiveness with AI‑powered applications. Qualifications Product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology‑driven company. Proven success delivering products that balance short‑term impact with long‑term platform scalability in fast‑paced environments with shifting GTM needs. Comfort translating between technical and non‑technical stakeholders and guiding engineers with business context and user feedback. Strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales dynamics and ability to identify product opportunities within common GTM workflows. Ability to independently drive initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining alignment with senior leadership. Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and innovative solution‑finding. Highly Desired Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and understanding of data flow between internal systems for lead routing, enrichment, and performance analytics. Experience building LLM‑powered products. Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), context tuning, and AI evaluations. Compensation This role has a minimum annual salary of $125,800, a midpoint of $147,900, and a maximum of $170,100.
