Customer Success Manager Prophix is a fast-growing global leader in financial performance management. The Customer Success Manager reports to the Manager, Customer Success, and works with internal and external clients to ensure customer success and renewal. What You Will Do Provide excellent service and support to ensure customers succeed and renew. Troubleshoot issues, escalations, and follow‑up promptly to exceed expectations. Ensure customers achieve intended business outcomes. Manage the renewal process, proactively identify churn risks, and track cancellations. Identify opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell additional products. Establish and manage programs improving Customer Experience. Collaborate with other Prophix departments to share customer insights. Coach customers on best practices of using Prophix and its benefits. Inspire clients to think strategically about platform support for their business needs. Collect customer success stories. What You Will Bring A combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education. Required Qualifications A Post‑Secondary Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Sales/Marketing, or Computer Science. At least 2 years of SAAS industry experience. Strong business and entrepreneurial skills. Proficient in professional client communications, both proactive and in challenging situations. Excellent business consulting skills, including identifying pain points and aligning solutions. Strategic thinking and ability to align client pain points to solution options. Strong in‑person and remote presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple customers. Fluent in English and at least one other European language. Comfortable in a project environment with senior executives (CFOs, VPs, finance staff). Passion for customer success and eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities. Legally entitled to work, able to travel to the United States, Canada, or internationally, and the holder of a valid passport. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer success management or renewals management. Accounting/finance experience. Experience using Prophix software.
