Responsibilities
  • Teach at undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Develop a high-quality research program and pursue publication activities.
  • Participate in the dissemination of knowledge and in the outreach of the University through conferences and scientific activities.
  • Contribute to the operation and development of the Department, the Faculty of Arts and Science, and the Université de Montréal.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality university teaching.
  • An adequate knowledge of the written and spoken French language or a strong commitment to mastering the proficiency level required, in accordance with Université de Montréal’s Language Policy. An institutional learning support program is offered to all professors wishing to learn French or improve their communication skills.
